Case types are the containers of your case stages. We've added templates for two case types, 'New Money' and 'Replacement'. You can drag stages from the collection on the right, and drop them in to your case type. Click on a case type below to view its stages. If a stage has more than one workflow variation, you can select the default workflow for that case type.

Case Stages divide your case up in to manageable chunks. We see these as steps in the process of completing your case. You can expand each of the stages below to see its workflow variations, you can add a new workflow, or edit a current workflow. You can also tweak an existing workflow and save it as a copy. PB indicates a plan based stage, each plan you add to this stage during the life of the case management will follow the chosen workflow.
